Rescheduling I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to change a booking date. A new date is subject to availability. For outdoor photography, rescheduling may be appropriate where weather or environmental conditions are unsuitable. Repeated requests to reschedule may be treated as a cancellation and new booking where appropriate. 9. Weather A significant proportion of my photography takes place outdoors.
