Frequently Asked Questions
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are primarily outdoors and can take place at a location that suits you and your animal or family. I'm happy to discuss location ideas when you enquire.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor photography is naturally weather-dependent. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll simply rearrange your session for another day.
My dog doesn't sit sit still. Is that a problem?
Not at all. In fact, some of the best photographs come from dogs simply being themselves. I'll work with their personality rather than expecting them to behave like a model.
What if my horse won't behave?
That's completely normal. Horses are horses! Sessions are relaxed and there is no pressure to make everything perfect. We'll give them time to settle and work with whatever they give us on the day.
Do you travel for on-location sessions?
Yes, I love exploring new locations! While many sessions take place within North Staffordshire, I am happy to travel further afield. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside my usual local area.
Can I have photographs with my horse or pet?
Absolutely! Capturing the relationship between you and your animal is an important part of what I do.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Following your session, your images undergo a careful editing process. You can expect to receive your private online viewing gallery within 2 to 3 weeks.
What are the booking logistics and deposit requirements?
To secure your preferred date, a non-refundable booking fee is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
